I am a fitness and body composition optimization expert, trainer, coach, and officer. I hope my work will help individuals and provide them with the tools to achieve their goals. My tools are teaching and interaction in their various forms. I have a Master's degree in Physical Education and a Master's degree in Military Science.

"When kilograms, millimoles, or centimeters are no longer enough to provide answers. Answers must be sought further and more profound. My interest in coaching is to develop the individual holistically toward their own goals. Merely tracking quantities such as kg, g or cm is only part of the truth.

It starts with opening up the individual's thinking and making things conscious. What is the individual thinking at the moment? What goals does the individual have in life and sports or well-being?

Individuals need to see the big picture of life to relate their exercise or training to the bigger picture of life."
